Casa de Isle is an island home situated on 3/4 of an acre with mature tropical gardens
that lite up at night for romantic evenings and star gazing. Just a short walk to a secluded Taylor Bay beach.
Located in Sunset Bay Development right off Taylor Bay.
The accommodations are the main house with a private swimming pool and wrap around deck, all on the second floor. The villa has two bedrooms. Master has king bed and 2nd bedroom has queen size bed, each bedroom is air conditioned. The lookout room on the third floor has a full size bed (no A/C). The well equipped kitchen and living area have views of Taylor Bay. Casa de Isle has an easy 4 minute walk to Taylor Bay Beach and the Sunset Bay Tennis Courts. Private security every night in our neighborhood of Ocean Point / Sunset Bay.

Wake in the morning to a view of Taylor Bay
Water cooler furnished. House has city water. Washer and dryer available on lower level inside second garage door. Gas grill on Taylor Bay side deck. WIFI. Bedroom TV's have netflix only. Main living area has a smart 39" TV with Netflix. Blower dryer in each bathroom. Ceiling fans thru out entire house.
We have added air conditioning to the main living area since March 16, 2024. We still offer a $100 allowance for a/c which has been enough to cover the cost of air conditioning in the bedrooms at night with the windows and doors closed. The $100 may not cover cost of air conditioning the living area. It will be billed out at the end of your stay @.50 per kwh thru the process of how the rental was paid.

From Oct 1 to April 30 we live in the apartment to the rear on the ground level. We assist guests when asked. We do not come up and we value your privacy. The pool is private to the guests and is located on the second level.
